Agreement between you and Bun-J-Ride

The purchaser of a ticket is required to agree to these terms and conditions at the point of purchase.

Please note that if you preferred date and time is not available, we will get back to you within 24 hours with another slot. In any case, we will get back to you within 3 working days to confirm - or not - your reservation.

Rates & payment

All rates quoted are per jump, are subject to availability and include Value Added Tax & Services.
Any booking in advance will require an initial deposit of €20 per jump to be sent by mail, by check payable to Bun-J-Ride. You can choose "express mail" when ordering gift vouchers. This option is available within the French Territory only, and charges a €8 extra-cost. You will then have to pay the full amount to the postman when delivering the vouchers.
All bookings made through our website are provisional until confirmed by us.
All guests must reconvene at the desk at least 15 minutes prior to their jump time.
Our gift vouchers expire 1 year after the date they were issued, and are not refundable.
To benefit from a "group" fare, a group must consist of at least 10 fare-paying jumpers.

Delivery

To deliver tickets we use standard mail delivery services. We will send tickets to your home or office maximum 3 days after you have fully paid for your tickets. We will not be liable to you for any delivery delay attribuable to transport services.

Cancellation / postponement / refunds

Jump rates - apart from special events - may be cancelled without charge 72 hours prior to the scheduled day of your jump. If you do not show up at the given date and time, please note that the initial deposit will not be refunded.
Once you receive a gift voucher, and you have confirmed (explicitly or implicitly) that the information on it is correct, you may not cancel it under any circumstances.You shall only be entitled to a full refund of the original voucher price if your original booking is cancelled by us and a suitable alternative is not available.
Due to the nature of our activity, your jump may be subject to cancellation due to weather conditions or other matters e.g. mechanical breakdown) beyond our control. We will then come back to you and provide you with another slot.

Health and age restrictions

You are required to notify us of any relevant medical condition. If you are in any doubt whether you are fit enough to participate in the event, you should seek the advice of your doctor.
Parents / guardians consent required for people under 18

Privacy statement

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our on-line visitors. Please note that any piece of information collected through our online shop will not be transferred nor shared with any third party but solely used for your own reservation.
